Vetting of vendors and their staff is mandatory. With the introduction of VSTS Phase II, not only employees but existing vendors/channels and the RCU agency will also have access to the site. All employees will have access to the site through their NT ID and password.

The option can be Used by the Vendors.

When the Vendors/Agencies would Log In with their Log IN ID and Password for the first time the Change Password Page would open asking them to change the password and to confirm the same.

Submit Vendor CV

The  user can use this link to upload the new Vendor  details in VSTS site for vetting.
On opening the link the screen gives the list of all the vendors which correspond to the respective Login ID of the User, along with their status. To add a New Vendor CV the user needs to click on Add New. 
After uploading the mandatory  details the user needs  to click on Save button the system will show the message that “Vendor added successfully.”

Search Vendor CV

The RCU user can search the CV ID with the above option if the CV ID is not known to him. The user needs to mention the executive name & Date of Birth in the specified field to retrieve the details. Also the user will be able to view by selecting the period of submission date from ---to--- the list of new cv's .

Upload photo for vendor CV

The RCU user can upload the vendors proprietor or partners  photos  into VSTS site by clicking the said link. On clicking the user needs to mention the vendor ID in the blank box & then click on the submit button. Upon clicking the submit button the user can view the vendor details. The user needs to click on the Upload Photo button which is been mentioned just below the current residence address.

Upon clicking the Upload Photo, a pop up window will be highlighted where the user need to click on the browse button to select the photo & then click on the upload file to save the photo towards the Vendor Code. If the file is saved properly the user will be able to view the status as “ File uploaded successfully “ . 
Then the user can close the pop up window for viewing the photo in VSTS site.In case of upload documents (eg – Residence proof and id proof which are mentioned in the vendor cv details or other documents ) the same procedure has to be followed.

Please note that file size should not be greater than 30 KB & should be in JPEG format only.

Accept / Reject CV

By clicking the above link a page would open where the user needs to put the Vendor Code to view the Vendor details to Accept/Reject the Vendor after viewing the RCU Verification.

Update Vendor CV Details

For editing the existing information of the updated Vendor, the user need to click on the said link. On clicking the link another screen would appear where the  user needs to enter the Agency Name or Agency Code in the blank box . On clicking the submit button he/she will be able  to view the Vendor details to edit the required information to enable the further process.

Terminate / Delete a vendor CV

The user can update the termination details in VSTS site by clicking the said link. Upon clicking the user will be getting a new screen where he need to mention the name of the Vendor to be Terminated,put the reason for Termination, then click on the Terminate button.
Upon clicking the button new pop up window will come  where the user need to mention the date & reason from the scroll down menu. After updating the same the user need to click on the save button to save the information. Based on the successful updation  the system will prompt a message the user that “Data saved successfully”, then the user need to click on the close button.

Submit Staff CV

The user can upload the new employee's details in VSTS site for the RCU vetting by clicking the said link.
Upon clicking the user need to update the required information for creating the CV ID. The concerned Vendor Name,Location and the Product/Function needs to be selected from the drop down. All the mandatory columns marked with by asterisk (*) symbol needs to be filled. After the successfully uploading the details the system will create the CVID which would be displayed on the screen with the Submit CV Note informing the User the steps to be followed for RCU Vetting of the submitted CV.

Upload Photo for Staff CV
The user can upload the executive photo into VSTS site by clicking the said link. Upon clicking the user need to mention the CV ID in the blank box & then click on the submit button. Upon clicking the submit button the user can view the CV details. The user need to click on the Upload Photo button which is been mentioned just below the current residence address.

Search Staff CV
The  user can search the CV ID with the above option if the CV ID is not known to him. The user need to mention the executive name & DOB in the specified field to retrieve the details by clicking the search button after mentioning the details . Also the user will be able to view by selecting the period of submission date from ---to--- the list of new iv's .

Business User/Vendor/RCU Manager

New Staff CV's
By clicking the above link the user will be able to view all the new CV ID which is been uploaded in VSTS site with in last 2 days by him, which is assigned to the RCU agency. 
The RCU Manager would be able to see all the New CV's  for the locations which have been mapped to his Login ID. The de-dup can be viewed/ checked by the RCU Manager Only.

Pending Staff CV's
By clicking the above link the  user will be able to view the pending CV's at RCU agency end,which is above the 2 days TAT.

Pending for Accept/ Reject Staff CV
By clicking the above link the  user can view the pending details of the CV ID, The CV's in this option are the CV's  which  are either  to be either accepted or rejected by viewing the RCU agency field revert.

The concerned authority needs  to click on the applicant name where the link is attached. Upon clicking the name the user can view the CV ID details. Then he needs  to click on the button “Verification Details “ to view the field report. If all the reverts are positive the user need to accept the CV ID by clicking the “Accept/Reject” button. Upon clicking the button a pop up window will come & the user need to click on the accept button, for rejecting reject button.

RCU-FFI Manager

Accepted / Rejected Staff CV 
By clicking the above link the user can view how many CV ID's are been accepted/ rejected for his location.

Business User can put the Accepted CV's for Deletion Request also he can update the resignation details for the Accepted CV's.Upon Clicking the Resignation option a Pop Up window would open in which he needs to update the resignation date, last working date and the reason for Leaving.

The user can update the termination details in VSTS site by clicking the said link. Upon clicking the user will be getting a new page where he need to mention the CV ID, then click on the submit button to view the CV ID details. Upon seeing the CV ID details the user need to click on the “Termination” Button.

Update fraud cases for staff CV ID 
The user can update the fraud details in VSTS site by clicking the said link. Upon clicking the user will be getting a new screen where he need to mention the CV ID, then click on the submit button to view the CV ID details. Upon seeing the CV  details the user need to click on the “Fraud Details “ for updating the fraud information. After updating the same the user need to click on the save button to save the information. Based on the successful updation  the system will shows  the message to the user that “Data saved successfully”, then the user need to click on the close button to go back to the previous screen.

This option gives the fraud track record for the respective candidate.

Update Staff Details
For changing the existing information with respect to the updated CV ID, the user need to click on the said link. Upon clicking the link one more screen will come where the user need to mention the CV ID in the blank box & click on the submit button to view the CV ID details to edit the required information to enable the further process.

VSTS Administrator

Pending Staff CV's for Updation Approval/Rejected.
The changes in CV details which are already uploaded in VSTS which are initiated in  Update Staff details would come in this tray. It has been decided that a separate mail would come one ID ( To be decided) for initiating he RCU Verification for the CV's which would be updated centrally in this option.

Deletion Requested for Staff CV's
The CV's which are to deleted would come in this tray. The requisition for deletion would come from Business which would be executed at VSTS Administrator.

CV Inbox

This option would be used by RCU Agencies to update the RCU Verification details for the Vendors and Executives. Upon clicking the said link a screen would open in which the user needs to select either Vendor/Vendor Staff. After selecting the required and clicking on Search the screen which opens gives the detailed list giving the current status (i.e. New or Accepted).The CV details can be accessed by clicking upon the ID of the Vendor/Staff.

After clicking upon the said link, the user goes in detailed CV where the RCU Agency can upload the Verification details for the respective CV under RCU Verification.

Training details
This link can be used to update the training details for the Employees. Upon clicking the said link the the screen which opens asks for the CVID of the Executive under whom the Training details needs to be Added.
After putting the CVID, one needs to click on the Add button. Then the Training Master opens up in which the user needs to update the Training Description,Training Date,and the Trainer.
